Black Violin to perform at the Kauffman Center October 3.
Black Violin returns to the Kauffman Center after their sold-out fall 2016 performance. The duo combines classical training and hip-hop influences to create a distinctive multi-genre sound that resonates with music lovers of all ages. Violist Wil B. and violinist Kev Marcus have crafted a style that’s often described as “classical boom,” aiming to change perceptions of classical and hip-hop music.
