Clint will feature one of his favorite jazz albums, “Moanin” by Art Blakley and the Jazz Messengers. Listen and learn about the significance of this music.

Clint Ashlock, Artistic Director/Conductor of the Kansas City Jazz Orchestra is also a trumpeter and educator. He grew up in Kansas City and is a dedicated and tireless contributor to the jazz scene. He has performed with such luminaries as Aretha Franklin, the Temptations, and Natalie Cole as well as being a mainstay on the local KC circuit.
