"Merchants of Doubt"

In coordination with faculty members from the Helzberg School of Management, the Rockhurst Film Series presents “Merchants of Doubt”

On March 28, the film shown will be Merchants of Doubt (2014, USA). This documentary by Robert Kenner lifts the curtain on pundits-for-hire who present themselves in the media as scientific authorities. Yet, they have a contrary aim to spread maximum confusion about well-studied public threats ranging from toxic chemicals to pharmaceuticals to climate change. Turner White, MBA, will introduce the film. (96 minutes)

All screenings are free. Free parking can also be found in the garage at Troost Avenue and 52nd Street or in campus lots accessed through the University entrance at Troost Avenue and 54th Street. See rockhurst.edu/map.
