Included in the Opens Spaces – Expanded Field: Yannick Nézet-Séguin will conduct the fabulous Philadelphia Orchestra in Helzberg Hall when he makes his Harriman-Jewell Series debut.
Yannick Nézet-Séguin's career as a conductor has been meteoric, but that can happen when you're a natural-born genius. In short order, the 42-year-old has been selected as music director of both the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra and The Philadelphia Orchestra. Nézet-Séguin will conduct the fabulous Philadelphians in Helzberg Hall when he makes his Harriman-Jewell Series debut. Georgian violinist Lisa Batiashvili will perform as soloist for Tchaikovsky's popular Violin Concerto.

An experience at the Kauffman Center begins the moment you arrive, with a convenient, well-lit parking garage, owned and operated by the City of Kansas City, Missouri. The garage is directly attached to the Kauffman Center just south of the building with multiple access points to surrounding streets.
Garage parking passes and valet parking passes are available in advance for most events. Please note that if the garage is full patrons without a pre-paid pass will not be able to park in the Arts District Garage.
