Ricercar Consort

Artistic director and founder of the Ricercar Consort, Philippe Pierlot, curates a collection of Johann Sebastian Bach’s most tender and intimate pieces for our delight. Celebrated as the finest viola da gamba player of his generation, Pierlot makes his first US tour after recording over fifty albums and performing countless tours throughout Europe and Asia. For his Kansas City debut, he has created an all-Bach program with music for friends, music for family, and, of course, music for Anna Magdalena Bach.
