Community Post (ComPost) is an alternative postal system where everyone is a courier & the world is your mailbox.
Community Post (ComPost) is an alternative postal system where everyone is a courier & the world is your mailbox. Together we will highlight & build the networks we share, while taking for ourselves the power to share news and ideas, being playful, adventurous, and trusting in one another.
April 1: LAUNCH PARTY: a performative lecture on postal history and future; a performance by PASTE (Positively Astonishing Stamplicker Trumpet Ensemble); and sharing stamps, badges, and ideas for letter writing.
April 29: SHOW AND TELL: Letters will be shared by those who sent, received, and carried them. Epistolary storytelling by those who wrote stories together through ComPost. Zine creation on the spot.
