The 2018 Kenneth Babcock Memorial Masterworks Concert by the William Baker Festival Singers honors the memory of a great philanthropist with Mozart’s GREAT MASS IN C MINOR, and the world premier of SEVEN LAST WORDS by composer Ed Frazier Davis.
The William Baker Festival Singers & Chamber Orchestra joins with soloists Sarah Tannehill Anderson, Kristee Haney, David Adams & Robert McNichols in a gala performance of Mozart's epic GREAT MASS IN C MINOR and the world premier of SEVEN LAST WORDS by Composer in Residence Ed Frazier Davis. Since 2013 the annual masterworks concert of a choral-orchestral classic has celebrated the memory of Kenneth Babcock, a vision philanthropist whose vision and commitment enabled the tremendous growth of the Choral Foundation and the William Baker Festival Singers over the past two decades.
The performance is underwritten by the Kenneth Charles Babcock Memorial Music Performance Fund.
