InterUrban ArtHouse
InterUrban ArtHouse was founded and developed by local community artist, Nicole Emanuel. We began in 2011 as a series of conversations with artists, arts organizations and civic and business leaders. It was clear there was a void in arts resources and studio facilities for Northeast Kansas. We are housed in a renovated warehouse with 26 artists, 19 studios, and 2000 sq ft of gallery and performance space.
Our goal is to provide affordable workspace and educational support to local artists while bringing arts experiences to the surrounding communities including visual art, live music, dance, and spoken word.
InterUrban ArtHouse is a designated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization
