Garol Art

Hi there!

I go by Garol.
I am an Aquarius Stellium, 20-something born & raised Kansas City gal and I am so excited to share my art with you.
Described by my close friends as “loud”, “chaotic”, and “so f**king weird”, I like to think that the art I create captures that same energy.
I spent my life until recently trying really hard to be normal; being a mom, working corporate desk jobs, and doing all of the things young adults were “supposed to do” despite knowing my soul has always been that of a Artist Freakazoid.
So, when 2020 happened (gag) I completely short circuited.
I was burnt out and done pretending to be comfortable in these molds I never fit into. I quit my job. I ended a long relationship and left the home we made together. I took better care of my mental health. I learned hard lessons and healed old wounds. I met my partner. I started making art that I love.
