Tina Donovan-Sanchez
I was born in the UK and studied for a BA (Hons) in Fine Art and graduated from the Ashford School of Art & Design, England. I now live in Kansas City with my family and have exhibited around the Crossroads area since being here. Previously in the UK I taught or coached in art for students taking art as an exam subject. And since being in Kansas City I have taught art for the youth at the Alcott Arts Center since 2016 and have also exhibited with the school. I recently became a member of the Kansas City Artists Coalition. I mainly work with oils and spray paints, along with making small installation pieces. I am inspired by and love the Romantics and the Surrealists. Music, literature and memory play a big part in the works that I create.
