Wanda Davenport

Wanda’s love of nature is what drives her passion for wildlife photography. Her memories of family vacations to the mountains, with cool evenings by the campfire and listening to the sounds of nature is what formed her love for the outdoors.

Her love of photography blossomed when she met her husband Keith, who already had an extensive knowledge of camera settings and photography. With him as her mentor, Wanda has learned that photography is all about light, composure and wildlife photography is 99% patience, which she has.

The silence and peace of the outdoors is what supports her positive attitude about life. Watching the mammals and birds nurture their young is what re-charges her batteries. All these creatures are photographed in wild, while in their natural environment. No captive animals and no computer manipulation is used.
