After announcing the release of her February 2019 upcoming album "Silences," gothic blues singer-songwriter Adia Victoria will embark on a tour that brings her to Kansas City. "Silences" — produced by Aaron Dessner of The National — follows Victoria's acclaimed 2016 debut "Beyond the Bloodhounds."
