Art as Therapy, B1V1 (Ages 18 & Older), Monday, Feb 3 – 24th, 6 pm at the Johnson County Arts & Heritage Center. Students will learn how to utilize visual arts as an aid in handling stress.
Students will have the opportunity to learn how to utilize visual arts as an aid in handling stress, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress.
