Kansas City artists Andy Newcom and Marn Jensen are the creators of the art exhibit. They asked more than 200 older adults throughout the United States: What is your wish for yourself, for your family and for the world? Then, they created artwork based on these conversations and wishes.
Art of the Wish, spotlights a new Kansas City art exhibition depicting older Americans’ wishes for the world and raises money for the Center for Practical Bioethics. The special one-night event is Thursday, May 12 at Leedy-Voulkos Art Gallery.
