Bones Beneath the Sidewalk | July 20th-27th | Metropolitan Ensemble Theatre | The story of the Battle of Westport
Bleeding Kansas versus Bloody Missouri. Tales of John Brown, Bloody Bill Anderson, plus a former Missouri governor leading Confederates into the Battle of Westport are all described by a grandfather to his grandchild. Kansas and Missouri choruses pipe in - no love lost here. There are bones beneath the sidewalks in Kansas City, according to J.C. Nichols. Civil War soldiers bones that we walk over today.

One time purchase of a button for $5. The button acts as a cover for the entire festival. In order to interact or engage with festival shows and events you must be wearing your button. Children under 12 get buttons for free. Individual tickets cost $10.00 for adults, $5.00 for children under 12, and free for any child under the age of 5 that can sit on a lap.Fringe is committed to making sure our artists are rewarded for their work.
