Chelsea Chen performs an organ recital followed by a Hymn Festival as part of the National AGO Convention in Kansas City.
Organist and composer Chelsea Chen (b. 1983) is internationally renowned for her concerts of “rare musicality” and “lovely lyrical grandeur,” and a compositional style that is “charming” and “irresistible” (Los Angeles Times). The Chelsea Chen recital will begin at 2:00 P.M. After a short intermission, the Hymn Festival will begin at 3:15 P.M. There is one admission for both events.

An experience at the Kauffman Center begins the moment you arrive, with a convenient, well-lit parking garage, owned and operated by the City of Kansas City, Missouri.
