Glassblowing Demonstration

Join us at the Belger Glass Annex (1219. East 19th St.) on First Friday, June 2 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm for a free glass blowing demonstration. Watch as a team of glass blowers heat and shape hot glass into a work of art. This demonstration is an open-house-style event, so pop in for a little while or stay the entire time!

In addition to the glass demo, Belger Arts has great reasons to visit both of its other locations this First Friday. At Belger Crane Yard Gallery (2011 Tracy Ave.) meet the artists on the opening night of Milestones: Tenth Annual Resident Artist Exhibition. This culminating exhibition features resident artists Cindy Leung, Sun Young Park, Gina Pisto, Adams Puryear, Meredith Smith, and Nicole Woodard. Also on view are the continuing exhibitions Sharif Bey: Ancestral Vestiges and Digital Debut: Randi Bachman.

At the Belger Arts Center (2100 Walnut St.,) we have the continuation of Terry Winters: Works from the Belger Collection.
