Harmonica from Scratch with Lil’ Rev

Lil’ Rev, a National Blues Harmonic Champion, will teach how to get started on the 10-hole diatonic harmonica. Learn about hand-holding positions, puckering versus tongue blocking, hand tremolo, train sounds, blues riffs, simple folk songs, the major scale and how to chug along with accompaniment styles, all set against a backdrop of harmonica legend and lore. (Limited to adults (16 years old and older).

Limited to 25 participants; each participant will receive a harmonica. If you would prefer, you can bring your own 10-hole key of C diatonic harmonica (Pocket Pal, American Ace, Big River, Bluesharp, Marine Band, Special 20 are all good brands).
