Singer-songwriter Keller Williams is honoring the late, great Tom Petty with PettyGrass, a bluegrass-tinged tribute to the epochal artist. Springfield, Missouri-based string band The Hillbenders — which created its own rendition of The Who's "Tommy" — will be joining Williams for the project.
