Little Adventures: Oz-some Optical Toys

Explore the museum collection through gallery talks and guided tours, then visit the hands-on workshop to make your own toy or miniature.

Thaumatropes and Zoetropes and Magic Lanterns, oh my! Discover these wonderful whirling toy inventions from the Victorian age and create your own 3D optical toy featuring a Wizard of Oz scene.

ADMISSION INFO

Tours at 1PM and 2PM and hands-on workshop from 1-3:30PM. Included with museum admission. Become a member today to enjoy all ten weeks for free! Recommended for ages 6 and up. Little Adventures is generously supported by the National Miniatures Trust.
