Living in the Creative Flow: 4-week process painting workshop series

You are a creative being worthy of expression! In this 4-week series, you will be introduced to process painting and use it as a tool to meet whatever is showing up, reconnecting to the deepest part of yourself. Artist and facilitator Jenny will gently guide you to move through blocks and paint freely from your heart using the tools of tempera paint, paper, a brush, and present-moment awareness. You will be supported in an environment free from judgment or critique.
