Guest artist Li-Hsin Chen performs Saint-Saens Piano Concerto no. 2 followed by Mendelssohn’s Reformation Symphony and Lee Actor’s Opening Remarks.

Under the direction of Steve Lewis the Medical Arts Symphony opens its 58th season with two timeless favorites and a contemporary piece by prize winning composer Lee Actor.
The orchestra continues to serve its dual purpose of providing an opportunity for serious musicians in the medical field, along with other musicians, to perform great works of orchestral music as well as enriching the cultural life of Kansas City by presenting free concerts.
