• 8:00-8:15 AM: “Rise and shine” with Carmen
• 8:15-8:30 AM: Guided meditation with Patricia Gray and sound bath with Simon
• 8:30-9:00 AM: Breakfast
• 9:00-10:00 AM: Yoga with Emily Cox
• 10:05-10:15 AM: “Welcome” speech and chat about holistic lifestyle
• 10:15-11:00 AM: Snacks, socializing and time to explore the tent
• 11:00-12:00 PM: Handstand workshop with Emily Cox and DJ Marvin Gardens
• 12:00-12:30 PM: Dance party with Marvin Gardens

Yoga mats will not be provided. Guests are encouraged to bring their own.
