The Open Minds Book group will discuss “Signs Preceding the End of the World” by Yuri Herrera at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 28, at Equal Minded Cafe, 4327 Troost Ave.

Paul Scott, Ph.D., Rockhurst University professor of psychology, will lead a discussion of of \"Signs Preceding the End of the World.\" This novel, written by Yuri Herrera in 2015, is translated from Spanish and is a story about a young Mexican woman who crosses the United States border in search of her brother. Space is limited—participants may take part in person or online via Zoom.
