SipShop 2020

The Red Star Residents at Belger Crane Yard Studios present the 6th Annual SipShop, an professional development fundraiser. SipShop features a collection of specially made functional cups and vessels with a limited number priced at just $25 each!
Here are the specifics! (mark your calendar):

Thursday, January 30th; 5:40pm – 7:20pm – Arts Center Member Preview Sale – If you are an annual Arts Center Member, come be the first to have a chance to purchase cups and support the Residents. The event takes place inside the Studio Member entrance at the Belger Crane Yard Studios.

Friday, January 31st at Noon CST – The online sale launches at www.belgerarts.org/sipshopkc. Be prepared to shop because these cups sell fast, and not just the $25 ones!

First Friday, February 7th; 5-9pm – LIVE Event – Locals come pick up their cups and receive a complimentary beverage. Cups will also be for sale at this event. This year the event’s theme is SPEAKEASY, so get dressed up in your best KC bootleg fair!

Pickup is available for local customers. Please select Local Pick Up as your shipping option. Pieces will be set aside for pickup at Belger Crane Yard Studios.

Sip Shop was started by Foundation Red Star Resident Artists of Belger Crane Yard Studios located in Kansas City, Missouri. This February we are presenting Sip Shop, a cup fundraiser we constructed to raise money for our continued professional development in the ceramic field. We have created Sip Shop as a multi-faceted fundraising campaign broken down into a live drink stand and online shop featuring individual cup sales, collaborative cups, and collector packs. The fundraiser will happen in conjunction with Belger Crane Yard Studio’s February First Friday event, a monthly arts and culture event, which takes place in Kansas City’s Crossroads Arts District.
