Sonobreal

Kansas Citian Kurt Flecksing is equal parts visual artist, musician, and tinkerer, and all three facets of his artistic temperament are on display in his Sonoboreal, in which an assembled group of artists play hand-made and commercial electronic instruments that have been attached to a tree-like sculptural installation constructed onstage, making the resultant event both a musical performance and an environmental installation.
