Future is Female show opening, Friday, October 21, 5 – 7 p.m., 80 Santa Fe Art Gallery. Three female painters present their portraits of women.

This month, we present three female painters who share sensitive portrayals of other women, depicting vulnerability and strength. Local artists Terri Pollack, Jean McGuire and Hamama Bushra find inspiration from photos, Zoom calls and imagination to create portraits that explore the essence of what it means to be a female today.
