This Is Ourmerica Exhibit presented by Bunker Center for the Arts at Bunker Center for the Arts, Kansas City MO

Art exhibit featuring Troy Daniel and Evan Jackson. Art painted on US flags, tackling social injustices of women, children, LGBT and African-American people.

These works are created either on or with U.S. flags. Some were coffin-draped flags from soldiers, others hung from poles in suburbs or on public buildings. The same flags that so many revere are shunned by those they do not and have not protected. Emmett Till, Trayvon Martin, Angel Hooper and Adrian Jones are honored and represented in this exhibit.
