Who should participate? Anyone who lives works, or plays in Jackson County! Audience members, artists, and organizations! Everyone who enjoys and benefits from arts and culture.
Why should you participate? Jackson County will use this information to determine how to invest public dollars to create a community in which arts and culture are integral to all aspects of our wellbeing.
How can you participate? Register for the event by signing up via Eventbrite, and we will send the ZOOM link to join the day of the event. An agenda and meeting link will be sent with the ZOOM link.
This will be a highly interactive meeting, with much time spent in small group discussion. It’s strongly suggested you attend via a computer or tablet with webcam for the best experience. You’ll spend most of our time together discussing:
- The meaning of arts and culture and how it shows up in your life and the community.
- The varied ways in which arts and culture benefits individuals and the Jackson County community
- The resources, supports, and infrastructure that would help strengthen the arts and culture community
- The impact on the community when arts and culture is fully supported to provide maximum benefit
