Call for Performers: 2019 ArtsKC Awards Luncheon

Call for Performers:

ArtsKC is soliciting proposals for up to 4 performances. We are seeking the highest quality performance you or your organization has to offer. This is an opportunity to get paid to shine before an audience of 1,000 leaders in the business and civic communities!

Selected performances will be diverse (vocal, instrumental, dance, poetry, film, spoken word, etc.) Appropriate for all audiences, no more than five minutes in length and in full costume (when applicable).

Submission Instructions:

To be considered for review, upload the following information by August 14, 2018 at ArtsKC.org/CallforPerformers:

1. Professional resume
2. Video of previous work and/or
3. Video link of proposed performance

Project Timeline:

• Deadline to Apply: Tuesday August 14, 2018
• Performer Notification: Week of September 3, 2018
• Information + Production Needs Meeting: January 9, 2019
• Technical Rehearsals: February 27, 2019
• Performance: February 28, 2019
• Payment Issued: February 28, 2019
