KC Black Arts Network

Ramona Davis, a native of KC, recognized talented artists of color were not consistently exhibited in the local mainstream gallery scene. In 2016, she created Kansas City Black Arts Network to serve as a catalyst for supporting the local black artist community by identifying local artists of color, supporting/promoting their work, and cultivating/building stronger relationships between the artists and art enthusiasts.
