Education:  Kansas City Art Institute, Johnson County College, majoring in Commercial Art, Graphic Design and Painting. Employer:  Black & Veatch Engineers, Marketing/Advertising  Department, 1978-2002 Title:  Graphic Designer/Creative Art Director After 25 years of working at Black &Veatch, I retired, and in 2005, my husband and I sold everything, followed our dream and lived on a sailboat in the Caribbean for a year. We now live in Kansas taking RV journeys wherever the wind blows and I passsionately paint wherever I am. I love painting abstract art because I feel like an explorer traveling deep inside my subconscious soul and painting my subliminal journeys onto my canvas. I have shown many times at ArtsKC business corporations such as Burns & McDonnell Engineers, PGAV Architects and Advent South Hospital for the last four years. My last gallery shows were at the Vanessa Lacy Gallery, Olathe Art Gallery And Kansas University’s Art Gallery.
