An artistic visionary and multi-media artist, Eugenia Ortiz integrates her expertise in metalsmithing, sculpture, textiles, drawing and painting reflecting on her continuous exploration with multidimensional techniques, natural textures and materials. Ortiz creates layering of mixed media materials and paint to produce vibrant, immersive art that harmonizes the environment. Ortiz’s approach to channeling the art begins with a foundation of setting an intention that guides the artwork and thus brings forth a connection with others and their souls’ purpose. Her artistic abilities and specialized training in energy healing is a synergy of Divine creative expression as a pathway towards harmony, beauty, and peace.

Originally from Los Angeles, California, Eugenia Ortiz has lived in Kansas since 1992 where
she graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s in Degree in Design with an emphasis in Jewelry Design and Metalsmithing (2001) and a Master’s Degree in Design, with an emphasis in Textiles (2011).
Currently, Eugenia aka "Hex-E" is focusing on large scale Intention Murals, removable and reusable original murals, vinyl murals, and combination of printed murals with original painting.
