This is a new one-person exhibition featuring the work of Robert Quackenbush, a local Kansas City artist with a new studio in Beacon Hill (East 24th and West Paseo Blvd.). The exhibition is titled FRAGMENTS and features all new work created by the artist in the past few years.

Highlights of the exhibition include four new paintings titled "Unearthed Fragments." These paintings are highly textured abstractions. Also included are a series of eight works on paper with complex mixed media components. Four of works from this series are featured in the current issue (#19) of the HAND Magazine.

You will also see a series of smaller panels with a similar mixed media approach.
