“Shared cultural experiences, uniquely different depictions”

In Depictions: People, Places and Things, common everyday experiences and
interactions are uniquely captured in paintings, photography, mixed media and
textiles. The viewer will not only see a celebration of black history but also a
celebration of the non monolithic artistic expressions by black artists.

Original works include: paintings, photography, mixed media and textiles by
local and internationally known artists: Michelle Beasley, Nedra Bonds, JT Daniels, Shane Evans, Joseph T. Newton, Jason Piggie, Michael Toombs, Sheron Smith. Guest Curator - Ramona Davis
