The Adventures of Don Quixote is an adaptation of Miguel de Cervantes’ celebrated novel and will feature actor Mark Robbins in the title role. Last presented in the 2015-16 season, the concert is being restaged this season because of audience demand and the sheer fun of performing and sharing these renowned scenes from Cervantes’ masterpiece.

Selections to be performed include an Introduction, Sancho Panza, Windmills and Armies of Sheep. Musical interludes include works by Antonio de Cabezón, Juan de Leon and Antonio Martín y Coll. Selections from Georg Philipp Telemann’s Don Quixote Suite also will be featured.
