Laura Frank of Inner Space Yoga directs a series of guided meditation and sound healing experiences inside Kemper Museum galleries.
Participants will be led into the dreamy and deeply restorative state of consciousness between awake and asleep with the use of guided meditation, qigong, breathing instruction, and sound healing. A small number of blankets and mats will be provided, but participants are encouraged to bring their own if possible. No experience necessary. Space is limited.
