As part of the OriginKC: New Works Festival, the UMKC Theatre presents a workshop production of Antony and Cleopatra. Playwright Christopher Chen breathes new life into the classic tragedy by William Shakespeare as part of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival’s Play On! Commissioning Program, in which playwrights translate the bard into contemporary English.
