Asian American playwrights tackle the topic of cultural representation in the media.
Tradewind Arts and playwrights of color explore ideas surrounding #RepresentationMatters / Changing the Narrative across the landscape of today’s politics, media, education, the arts, culture, and American theatre. Through a series of 90 second plays, they illustrate why cultural representation in media is so important in our diverse American narrative. This event is free, but donations are welcome.
Tradewind Arts is an organization devoted to illuminating and empowering the Asian Pacific American (APA) voice through diverse creative media, particularly in the theatrical arts.
