Sociedad Hidalgo and the Morelia Sister City Committe of the KCSCA present a series of selected films from Latin America. .
Sociedad Hidalgo, cultural nonprofit organization of Kansas City, and the Morelia Sister City Committee of the KCSCA, present the XXVII-Latin American Cinema Festival of Kansas City. This program consist of four selected films from Latin America. Films are in Spanish with English subtitles. After each film, the public is encouraged to participate in the discussion about the values, questions, opinions of the film, led by a scholar from area universities.
Dates of the festival: Every Saturday from Sep. 1 to Sep. 22, 2018
Time: Program starts at 11 a.m. Doors open at 10:30 am. Doors will close at 11:10 a.m.
Recommended for 18-years-old and older.
Admission: $7 per person or $24 for a pass to the four films. Tickets will be sold at the theater on a cash only basis. Passes will be sold at the theater the first day of the festival.
