Art of Photography Juried National Photography Exhibition opens Tuesday, April 2 and runs through Monday, April 29. Weekdays from 8 to 5 at Prairie Village City Hall, 7700 Mission Rd.
This is the second annual "Art of Photography Juried National Exhibition", sponsored by the Prairie Village Arts Council. It features works in the categories of people and portraits, architecture and landscape, and abstracts and nontraditional media. The artists' reception will be held on Friday, April 12, from 6-8pm, with the awards presentation beginning at 7:30. A people's choice award will be one of the presentations. Voting opens April 2 and is both online, at artspv.org and at the gallery at any time before 7:00 on the evening of the event.
