Local steel pan musician Candice Hill will offer a fun, unique lunchtime concert along the KC Streetcar.
Candice Hill is a local percussionist and steel pan (steel drum) performer and instructor. The performance will be on board the first streetcar that leaves Union Station after 11:30 am.
