Best described as jazz for people who didn't know they liked jazz, The Project H has established itself as one of Kansas City's most recognizable groups through its blend of jazz, funk, rock and soul. This seven-piece ensemble has been a regular at area music festivals such as Middle of the Map, Boulevardia, Midcoast Takeover, the Plaza Art Fair and the Prairie Village Jazz Festival. The Project H was chosen to play at opening day for the Kansas City Royals in 2016, won the Pitch Music Award for “Best Jazz Ensemble” in 2014 and has a monthly residency at the Black Dolphin.
