Kansas City Actors Theatre presents “A Doll’s House” by Henrik Ibsen, adapted and directed by Darren Sextro. August 7 – 25, 2019 at City Stage Theater in Union Station.
A scandal when it was first staged 140 years ago, “A Doll’s House” is Henrik Ibsen’s story of a married woman seeking to carve out her own place in the world. Still startlingly relevant, this show will be sure to feature the type of actor-first performances audiences have come to expect from KCAT. “A Doll’s House” will be adapted and directed by Darren Sextro, who previously directed “Skylight,” “My Old Lady,” and “Crimes of the Heart” for KCAT. Featuring Hillary Clemens, Todd Lanker, Christina Schafer, Tyler Alan Rowe, Brian Paulette, and Carla Noack. This production is sponsored in part by TheaterLeague.
General admission tickets range from $22-47 and are available now for advance purchase through the Central Ticket Office, at the Union Station ticketing desk, or at the City Stage Theater up to 60 minutes before showtime.
