Life Fest is a cross between a blues fest, health fair, pep rally and TED talk. On the music stage you'll hear The Ragged Few, Hip Hop artist Tamicka Monson, the student pep band from NKC High School, Midnight Rodeo, Jahn Paul and Victor James Dougherty.
Painter and Artist Ryan Wilks will discuss his next show, On My Knees, from 2 - 3 pm in the speaker tent.
In the holistic tent, you can experience sound therapy by Amy Rice; Reiki services by Laura Mullinnex; drumming by Rachelle Norman of Soundscaping; and Chanting by Victor Dougherty of the Temple Buddhist Center.
In the speaker's tent, you'll hear "Mental Health and Your Gut," by Dr. Yakel and a local artist speak on their latest work surrounding mental health and mental illness.
