Local contemporary painter Cynthia Bjorn has a fascination with mark making and using painting as a metaphor for conversation. In her artist talk she will discuss her practice and how she creates her modern, intensely layered paintings. She will also shed light on the works featured in her solo exhibition Story In Color which showcases the evolution of Bjorn's aesthetic and use of color.
