Actor, storyteller and balloonist, Huckleberry Finn is burned out with life.  Enter Iktomi, a young Apache Indian who regales Huck with the Legend of the Winding Wind.  The mythic wind is said to be able to lift an object off the ground, take it on a circular journey and then return it back to the same place it started.  The two embark to find the Wind in New Mexico Territory where unexpected encounters with Indian attacks, wild creatures and other dark unknowns plague our heroes as they unite in a special and surprising relationship.

“Huck Finn & The Quest for the Winding Wind” will transport its audiences on a light hearted and incredibly humorous venture far out into the New Mexican desert for an extravagant quest alluding to a Don Quixote style character dynamic. The production is an adult themed show due to adult content and strong language.  It plays at the Just Off Broadway Theatre as is a part of the Kansas City Fringe Festival.
