The wind carries sounds from far away – a poet’s words, a guitar strum, a percussive beat, or a joyous song.  Siento y Vivo brings us the sounds of Spain with a debut by Melinda Hedgecorth dancing on specialized stages built with an Inspiration Grant from ArtsKC and "Tal Como Eres" choreographed by Julia Hinojosa and commissioned by the Carlsen Center at JCCC.  Special VIP in-person seating (only 7 tickets available) Live-streaming so that you can watch from anywhere! In-person audiences limited to 7 tickets. The Lawrence Arts Center theater capacity is 300.
All are asked to follow our self-screening guidelines before entering the building.
Masks are required at all times in the Arts Center theater and throughout the building.
Please print your ticket at home or present your receipt electronically on your phone for touch-free theater entry.
Audience members will be seated by an usher to ensure proper social distancing between parties.
Theater doors open 30 minutes prior to performance. Audience members are asked to observe signage and directions as displayed in the main lobby to maintain safe social distancing at all times.

Parking: There is a fifteen-minute drop-off zone on New Hampshire Street directly outside and to the south of the Lawrence Arts Center’s front entrance. Accessible parking is available across the street from the Arts Center in the covered parking garage on New Hampshire Street between 9th and 10th.
Programming: The Lawrence Arts Center provides programs for a wide variety of audiences. Whether you’re looking for exhibitions or performances, classes or workshops, we have a program that is right for you and/or your child. The Lawrence Arts Center staff is experienced at working with patrons with learning, cognitive, mental health, and language disabilities. Auxiliary Aids for those with Hearing Impairments:

• The Lawrence Arts Center is equipped with a hearing loop system. A receiver sends the voices of our performers from the microphone directly into a hearing aid or cochlear implant. If you use a T-Coil or Telecoil Aid, enjoy as is; if you have another hearing device, please speak to an usher to get a headset to enjoy the new technology.
