The William Baker Festival Singers & Chamber Orchestra present the 9th annual Kenneth Babcock Memorial Masterworks Concert. Music Director William Baker leads the 50-voice chorus and chamber orchestra with organist John Schaefer and soprano Christine Freeman in the beloved Requiem of John Rutter, Vaughan Williams' Lord, Thou Hast Been Our Refuge, Faure Cantique de Jean Racine and the World Premier of Composer in Residence Ed Frazier Davis' setting of John Donne's At Our Last Awakening. One performance only: Sunday, March 14, 2021, 6:00 PM, at Holy Angels Catholic Church, 15440 Leavenworth Road in Basehor, Kansas. Admission is free to all, with donations requested. This is a public performance with audience present. Masks and distancing will be required for all performers and attendees. The concert will be presented online at a later time.
