Two suburban couples discover they have more in common than their last name in this award-winning, funny, and thought-provoking reflection on living with mortality in the modern suburban world.
Winner of two Drama Desk Special Awards, The Realistic Joneses Will Eno connects two suburban couples who have much more in common than their identical homes and their shared last names. As their relationships begin to irrevocably intertwine, the Joneses must decide between their idyllic fantasies and their imperfect realities and, ultimately, confront mortality. This modern reflection on the ridiculous and mundane ways we adapt to living and dying to "keep up" with those around us is both funny and profound. It was named “Best Play on Broadway” by USA Today and “Best American Play of the Year” by the Guardian in the year of its Broadway debut.
The Realistic Joneses will be performed at the H&R Block City Stage in historic Union Station, is directed by John Rensenhouse, and features Phil Fiorini, Carla Noack, Brian Paulette, and Ashley Pankow.
General admission tickets range from $15-$40 and are available now for advance purchase through the Central Ticket Office, at the Union Station ticketing desk, or at the H&R Block City Stage up to 60 minutes before showtime.
